So i started my SLIM-FAST diet on Tuesday and when i went to the doctors on Friday i had already dropped 4 pounds WHOOP my blood pressure went back too normal i got 46 more pounds too loose I'm pretty happy rite now. I'm just trying too stick too the SLIM-FAST 3-2-1 plan its pretty hard but its worth all the work my 30 min workout is too run on the treadmill.
